Abstract
This paper aims to determine the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats tutoring agencies Ganesha Operation branch Ciledug Raya Jakarta Selatan marketing strategy. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis using data gathered through the literature study and interviews of students tutoring agencies Ganesha Operation Ciledug Raya Jakarta branch of the South. From the analysis it can be seen that a marketing strategy that run Ganesha Operation own right. It can be seen from the increase in the number of students from year to year and several award was achieved as well as the achievements of the learners are good.
