Abstract
FITRIA NURCAHYANTI. 8105141430. The Influence Of Morale And Work Dicipline On The Work Productivity Of Sales Employees PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Jakarta Timur. Scientific Paper, Jakarta : Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration in Office Administration Education, Department of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2018 This study aims to determine the influence of morale and work dicipline on the work productivity of sales employees PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Jakarta Timur. The research conducted over six months from January until June 2018. The research method used is survey method with the correlation approach. The population affordability is all sales employee. The sample used in research was 55 employees using simple random sampling technique. Data variable Y (Work Productivity) and Variable X2 (Work Dicipline) are secondary data and Variable X1 (Morale) is the primary data. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 22.0 version. The result of F test in ANOVA tables showed Farithmetc 20,045 > Ftable 3,18 this means morale and work dicipline simultaneously influence on work productivity. T test produces tarithmetic of morale 2,176 > ttable 2,007 and tarithmetic of work dicipline 5,442 > tteble 2,007. The regression equation obtained was ̌ = 0,77 + 0,013X1 + 0,128X2. The influence of dependent variable showed in the value of coefficient of determination (R square) the score is 43,5% while 56,5% remaining were influenced by other variables that not examined in this study. From this study it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant correlation between morale and work dicipline on the work productivity of sales employees PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Jakarta Timur. Keywords : Work Productivity, Morale, Work Dicipline
