Abstract

IKA TRI WAHYUNI. Influence of Learning Motivation and Learning Way to Study Result Study of Accounting Department Vocational High School 2 of Jakarta lesson Year 2017/2018. Undergraduate. Jakarta. Economic Educational Department, Concentrate of Accounting, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta, 2018. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of learning Motivation and Learning Methods on Learning Outcomes Subject Introduction to Accounting Class XI Accounting Department SMK Negeri 2 Jakarta. The research used survey method with correlation approach. Data collection using questionnaire technique and final semester exam score. The reasonably affordable population of this study is all students of class XI Accounting SMK Negeri 2 Jakarta asa many asa 72 students, while the number of samples of 58 students selected at random. The test of prerequisite analysis includes test of normality and linearity. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis and multiple correlation coefficient analysis. The result of this study are (1) Learning Motivation has a positive and sgnificant effect on the Learning Outcomes that are shown with the value of t count is greater than t table that is 2,677 > 2,004, (2) The way of learning has a positive and significant effect on the Learning Outcomes large of t table that is 2,470 > 2,004, (3) Learning Motivation and Learning Method togethet have positive and significant effect to result of Learning which shown with value F hitung > F table that is 7,172 > 3,165. The correlation coefficient of learning motivation and way of learning is 0,455, it means that between learning motivation and learning method toward learning result happened moderate relationship. Coefficient of determination equal to 0,207 which mean equal to 20,7% both of these variables simultaneously influence Learning Outcomes.
