Abstract

RETNO PALUPI. The Impact of Cooperative Learning Model in Think-PairShare Type towards Learning Outcomes in Basic Accounting Course of Tenth Grade Students in SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta. Study Program of Economics Education, Consentration in Accounting Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2018. The aim of the present study is to find out the impact of cooperative learning model in Think-Pair-Share type towardps learning outcomes of tenth grade students in SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta, based on reliable facts and data. The study took place in SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. The methodology being used was experimental method with quasi experimental design. The sample of the study was tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta, which were selected through non equivalent control group design. Multiple choice tests were chosen to filter the data from the variable to students' learning outcomes. The product moment formula was used to calculate the test's validity, while Kuder Richardson 20 (K-R.20) formula was used to measure the test's reliability. Prerequisite test was done before doing the data analysis technique using the normality test with Lilliefors test, and homogeneity test with F-test. Meanwhile, the hypothesis testing was done using the T-test. The result of the prerequisite test analysis revealed that in the normality test, both of the classes are distributed normally. The result of the homogeneity of variance test is homogeneous. The result of the hypothesis testing shows that the score of t-count is 2,55 and the score of t-table is 1,667. It means that t-count > t-table (2,55 > 1,667), which infer that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. In conclusion, the study finds out that there is a significant impact of the cooperative learning model in Think-Pair-Share type towards learning outcomes of tenth grade students in SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta.
