Abstract

The Role of Payroll Accounting Information System In The Implementation Of Internal Control At PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok North Jakarta Study Program DIII Accounting Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Scientific work is backgrounded by the case of the implementation of the role of payroll accounting information system in the implementation of internal control in Indonesia in order to support the smooth payroll for the smooth operation of the company's process This Scientific Work is written based on interviews and supporting documents. The method used is descriptive research method on case study at company PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok The results of the research concluded that PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok indicates there is a weakness or deficiency in the implementation of payroll accounting system that has been executed, where the weakness or lack in the organizational structure has not separated the functional responsibilities expressly, which in the payroll system is the company's financial records and payroll record less than the maximum and some late employees present in time at the office.
