Abstract
Rizka Aristi , stress Relationship Between Work With employee performance at PT . Nagaria Universe , Tbk . Thesis , Jakarta . Commerce Education Studies Program , Department of Economics and Administration , Faculty of Economics , State University of Jakarta , January 2014 . This research was conducted in PT . Nagaria Universe , for two months, starting from November 2013 to December 2013. The purpose of this study was to gain the proper knowledge , valid , invalid , and can be trusted and relied on the relationship between work stress with the employee on the employee 's performance of PT . Nagaria Universe , Tbk . The method used was a survey method with the correlational approach . The population in this study were all employees of PT . Nagaria Universe , Tbk . Population inaccessibility is part of Production employees of PT . Nagaria Universe , Tbk as many as 60 people . The sampling technique used is simple random technique as many as 51 people . The resulting regression equation is Y = 91,97 – 0,389 X . Test requirements analysis is the normality test on the estimated regression error Y over X with test count Liliefors generate L = 0.108 , whereas the L table for n = 51 at the 0.05 significance level is 0.124 . Since L count < L table then error estimates Y over X is normally distributed . Testing linearity of regression produces calculated F < F table is 23,38 < 4,04 , so concluded that the linear regression equation . Test the significance of regression produces F count > F table , which is 23,28 > 4.04 , meaning that the regression equation significantly . The correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0.568 , then test the significance of the correlation coefficient using ttest and the result of t = 4.83 and t table = 1.68 . It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.568 is significant . The coefficient of determination obtained for 32,36 % 32.36 % which indicates that the stress variations are determined by the employee work.
