Abstract

ROBYARTO ROSYADI. The Influence Of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) And The Level Of Websites Information Disclosure On Frequency Trading Stock. Faculty Of Economic, Jakarta State Of University, 2018. This research aimed to get empirical evidence about the influence of internet financial reporting (IFR) and the level of websites information disclosure on frequency trading stock. This research used primary data and the amount of sample is 91 companies. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis, analysis of classic assumption and multiple linear regression analysis with level of significance is 5%. Hypothesis testing is using regression partial test (t-Test) and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The result is internet financial reporting had a significant affect to frequency trading stock, while the level of websites information disclosure had no significant affect to frequency trading stock. This research is conducted only on companies that have company websites listed on the compass index 100 period February 2017-January 2018. And this research only explains 8.1% of factors influencing frequency trading stock. Future research may add more samples or use other variables such as number of outstanding shares, announcement of right issues, and other financial aspects.
