Abstract

MELYA MAYANG PUSPYTARINY. Correlation Between Servicescape With Customer Loyalty at District 04 Menteng Atas, Jakarta Selatan . Script. Jakarta: Study Program of Commerce Education, Economic And Administration Department, Economic Faculty, State University of Jakarta. Juni 2014. The aim of this research is to find the possibility a positive correlation between Servicescape With Customer Loyalty at District 04 Menteng Atas, Jakarta Selatan . The period of this research was four months since March 2014 until June 2014. This research used survey methods by correlation approach. The population of this research were all society district 04Menteng Atas, Jakarta Selatan who buy and consumer have problems with servicescape . While the society population at affordable were neighborhood 5 as many as 55 people in accordance with the characteristics of the population. From those population at affordable is taken 48 people for sample. Equation of the simple linear regression give the formula of regression Ŷ = 41,91 + 0,35X. Test analysis conditional test proved the validation on variabel Y to variable is normal distributed. It is proved by the calculation that used Liliefors test at significant level (α) = 0,05 that indicates Lcount (0.0629) <Ltable (0.1279). The correlation coefficient is counted by Product Moment formula by Pearson indicates rxy 0.477. While the results of correlation coefficient significant test indicates tcount = 3,682 and ttable = 1,68. Because the result shows tcount > ttable, the research indicates there is a significant correlation between servicescape with customer loyalty of 7eleven at district 04 Menteng Atas, Jakarta Selatan. The count of determination coefficient test indicates 22,76% the variance of variable Y is determined by variable X. The conclusion of research shown that a positive correlation servicescape with custpmer loyalty of 7eleven at district 04 Menteng Atas, Jakarta Selatan. It means the better features of the servicescape the higher the customer loyalty of 7 eleven at district 04, Menteng Atas, Jakarta Selatan.
