Abstract

RACHMAH ESTI PALUPI, Relationship Between Communication With Performance at Dinas Kebersihan DKI Jakarta, Jakarta. Study Program Of Commerce Education, Department Of Economics and Administration, Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta.2014 This study aims to determine the relationship between Job Communication with Performance on employees at Dinas Kebersihan DKI Jakarta, Jakarta. This research was conducted for four months starting from Februari to June 2010. The method used is survey method through correlational approach. The population is employees Dinas Kebersihan DKI Jakarta. Where as the possible populations who employees of Secretariat Dinas Kebersihan DKI Jakarta, amounting to 35 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling of 32 samples. The instrument used to obtain data on variable X Communication was measured using a Likert scale. For the variable Y Performance was obtained from of data sekunder in the form of result of DP3. The data analysis technique starts by looking for a simple regression equation and the regression equation Y = 41,96 + 0.366 X, while the test requirements of the analysis are the estimated regression error normality test Y on X with L obtained liliefors test count (0.065) <L table (0.157) , this means that samples come from normally distributed population. Test of significance and linear regression by using the table Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test was obtained regression equation (13,18)> F table (4.17) which states that the regression is very significant and regressions that produce linearity test F count (1.18) <F table (2,34) which indicates that the model uses linear regression. Correlation coefficient hypothesis tests conducted using the formula r xy Product Moment yield of 0.553, this means the relationship between two variables is strong. Tests of significance with t count equal to 3.63 and t table value of 1.69. Because t count> t table, from the above study, the researcher can conclude that there is a significant relationship between the Communication with Performance on employees Dinas Kebersihan DKI Jakarta, Jakarta. Test determination coefficient KD of 30.53% yield This means that the variation of variable Y influenced by variable X amounted to 69.47%. So it is concluded that there are positive and significant relationship between the Communication in Performance.
