Abstract
RIANA ISNAINI, The Correlation Between Emotional intelligence With Organizational Commitment at PT. Indoaluminium Intikarsa Industri, Bekasi. Study Program Of Commerce Education, Department Of Economics and Administration, Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta, June 2014. This study aimed to obtain data right (authentic, true, valid) and trustworthy (reliable). The research was conducted at PT. Indoaluminium Intikarsa Industri, for three months from March 2014 until June 2014. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. Population in this research is all of PT. Indoaluminium Intikarsa Industri employees, where as the possible populations who employees of General affair PT. Indoaluminium Intikarsa Industri, amounting to 35 people. The technique which is used in gathering the sample was simple random sampling about 32 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 14,28 + 0,91 X. Test requirements analysis of the normality test error of estimated regression of Y on X to produce Lcount liliefors test = 0.1019, while the Ltable for n = 32 at 0,05 significant level is 0,157. Because the Lcount < Ltable then an error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcount < Ftable is 0.73 < 2,34, so it was concluded that the linear equation regression. Hypothesis testing from test significance regression produces Fcount > Ftable which is 29,19 > 4,17, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0.702, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting tcount = 5,403 dan ttable = 1,69. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.702 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 49,32% which shows that 49,32% of the variation of Organizational Commitment is determined by the Emotional intelligence.
