Abstract
ABSTRACT Arline Tri Ulina. 8105132182. The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Work Environment on Turnover Intention. Script, Jakarta : Program Study Education Of Office Administration, Departement Of Economy And Administration, Faculty Of Economy, State University Of Jakarta. 2017. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between job satisfaction and work environment to turnover intention on employees of PT. INTIREKA KARSA PRAMURTYA JAKARTA. This research was conducted for 3 months, starting from November 2016 until January 2017. This research used survey method with quantitative approach. Population in this research is all employees working at PT. INTIREKA KARSA PRAMURTYA. Technique of sampling using random technique proportional, so got the number of sample research counted 48 responder. Data collection techniques used survey techniques, document recording and questionnaires. Technique of data analysis performed is test requirement analysis consisted of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on result of analysis that is known there is a partial influence between satisfaction Work and turnover intention. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 2.396> tcable value 1.679. Then it is known that there is a partial influence between work environment and turnover intention. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 2.121> tcable value 1.679. Job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously affect the turnover intention, it can be seen from the results of data showing Fcount of 6.736> Ftable value of 3.20. The regression equation obtained is Y = 74.174 +0.230X1 + 0.274X2. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value of R2 0.230 which means job satisfaction (X1) and work environment (X2) affect the turnover intention (Y) of 23%.
