Abstract
ABSTRACT UDALILATY ARIFATI HANIFAH. 8105132145. The influence of Learning Environment and chievement Motivation Learning Outcomes on Student in SMA Negeri 4 Bekasi.U Skripsi, Jakarta: Education Program Administration Office, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the family environment and achievement motivation on the learning outcomes in mathematics subjects in SMA Negeri 4 Bekasi. This research was conducted for three months with May 2017. The research method used is survey method with correlational approach. The population of this study is all students in SMA Negeri 4 Bekasi and the reachable population is all students of class X IPS which has 119 students. The sampling technique used is a random technique proportional, so the sample in this study using 89 respondents. Data technique using technique. Y variable data (Learning Results) is secondary data obtained by averaging the results of mathematics subjects semester 2, while the family environment data and achievement motivation by providing questionnaires to respondents using the Likert scale model. Data analysis technique used is test. Using multiple linear regression test, jipotesis test consisting of f test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known partially between the family environment with learning outcomes. Can be seen from the data analysis that shows the value of tcount of 3.732> ttable of 1.98. Partial Achievement Motivation on learning outcomes, this can be seen from the results tcount calculated 5.327> ttable1,98. Family environment and achievement motivation simultaneously for learning outcomes, this is seen from the results of data analysis shows the test results Fhitung 24.220> Ftabel value of 3.103. The regression equation obtained is Y = 44,562 + 0,150X1 + 0,206X2. Then the determination coefficient test obtained results of 36% and the rest influenced by other factors not examined.
