Abstract

ABSTRACT HALIMATUS SADIYAH. 8105108082. Correlation Between Self Esteem With Motivation Learning X Grade Students of Office Administration Departement at SMK Nusantara 1 Tangerang. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Education, Study Program of Economics Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2017. This research conducted to detect correlation between Self Esteem with Motivation Learning of X grade student of office administration SMK Nusantara 1 Tangerang. The research is done during for three months since April until June 2017. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The population of research was taken on 10th Grade students of SMK Nusantara 1 Tangerang all of students with total 96 students and 75 students for sampling and used simple random sampling. Instrument that used to get Variable X (Self Esteem) and Variable Y (Motivation Learning) was measured by questionnaire using Likert scale. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 68,171+0,227X, while analysis rules test that is test normalitas while analysis rules test that is test normalitas regression estimation error Y on X with test liliefors got Lcount 0,123 < Ltabel 1,102, matters this means sample comes from population normal distribution. Significancy test and regression linearity by using analysis table varians (anava) got regression similarity Fcaount 4,15 > Ftabel 3,98 that declare regression very mean with regression linearity test that produce Fcount 0,63 < Ftabel 1,88 that show that regression model that used linear. Correlation coefficient hypothesis test is done with formula product moment produce rxy as big as 0,551. Significancy test with tcount as big as 5,65 dan ttabel 1,666. Because tttabel, from watchfulness result so researcher can conclude that found self esteem between learning motivation ten’s grade student at SMK Nusantara 1 Tangerang. Determination coefficient test produces KD as big as 30,40 %. So the conclusion is positive connection and significant between self esteem with motivation learning of student.
