Asrofatunnisa, 8105152182. The Effect of Family Environment and Learning Motivation on Learning Outcomes. Script, Jakarta: Office Administration Education Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between family environment and learning motivation towards learning outcomes in the subject of correspondence at Bina Pangudi Luhur (BPL) Vocational School in East Jakarta. This research was conducted for four months, starting from January 2018 to April 2018. The research method used was a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of East Jakarta BPL Vocational School with affordable population of all students of class X (ten) Office Administration (AP) majors totaling 238 students. The sampling technique uses survey techniques, recording documents and questionnaires. To obtain learning outcome data (Y), it is done by calculating the average value of the daily test results of even semester mathematics subjects. Then the Learning Environment data (X1) and learning motivation (X2) were obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. The data analysis technique performed is the analysis of the test consist of normality test and linearity test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on the analysis results obtained there are known partial effects
