Abstract

ABSTRACT MUHAMMAD SYARIFUDIN. 8105100306. The Influence of Organizational Climate on Work Motivation on Employees of PT Nusantara Baskara Jaya East Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration in Office Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2017. This study aims to determine whether there is correlation between organizational climate with work motivation on employees of PT Nusantara Baskara Jaya East Jakarta. This research was conducted for two months from March to April 2017. The method used is survey method with correlation approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT Nusantara Baskara Jaya, amounting to 120 employees, the samples used as many as 89 by using proportional random technique (proportional random sampling). The instruments used to obtain data on the variable X (Climate Organization) and Y (Work Motivation) were measured using a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis technique begins with finding the regression equation obtained was Y = 22.81 + 0,816X. Liliefors normality test results produce L count = 0.084 whereas 0.094 L table because Lcount < Ltable then the variables X and Y have normal distribution. Testing the hypothesis with regression significance test produces Fhitung 74.53 and Ftable of 3.95. Fcount (74.53)> Ftable (3.95), which means a significant regression equation. Regression linearity test generating Ftable Fcount 1.40 to 1.65 while. Of Fcount (1,40) < Ftable (1.65) thus concluded that the linear regression equation. Test the product moment correlation coefficient generating rcount = 0.679. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient significance test by using t-test, produce t (8.63) <t table (1.66). Based on the results of these studies concluded that there are significant between the Organizational Climate Work Motivation on Employee PT Nusantara Baskara Jaya. With coefficient determination test results obtained 46.14%, it can be concluded that there are significant positive and significant correlation between the Organizational Climate on Employee Work Motivation.
