Abstract
This study aims to find out andtoobtain empirical data regarding (1) the effect of Work Family Conflict on job satisfaction, (2) the effect of Family Work Conflict on job satisfaction, (3) the effect of Work Family Conflict on affective commitment, (4) the effect of Family Work Conflict on affective commitment, (5) the influence of Work Family Conflict on life satisfaction, (6) the influence of Family Work Conflict on life satisfaction, (7) the effect of Work Family Conflict on Emotional Exhaustion and (8) the influence of Family Work Conflict on Emotional Exhaustion. This study uses the Analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM)-Lisrer 9.1. This study uses simple random sampling techniques or simple random sampling with a total of 398 respondents from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. The results of this study indicate that Work Family Conflict has no effecton job satisfaction, Family Work Conflict has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, Work Family Conflict has no effect on affective commitment, Family Work Conflict has no effect on affective commitment, Work Family Conflict has a negativeand significant effect to life satisfaction, Family Work Conflict has a negative and significant effect on life satisfaction, Work Family Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Emotional Exhaustion and Family Work Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Emotional Exhaustion.
