Abstract
Maya Gita Cahyani. Correlation Between Work Experience With Performance Of Employee PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya Dan Tangerang Area Cikokol. Scription, Jakarta : Study Program Of Commerce Education. Departement of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This study aims to obtain data / facts right (shahih, true, valid) and trust worthy (reliable) about how far the correlation between work experience with performance of employees in PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya Dan Tangerang Area Cikokol. The study was conducted over four months from March to June 2015. The method used is survey method approach to correlation. The study population was all employees of PT PLN (Persero) Area Cikokol. The affordable population was all employees of Distribusi and Transaksi Energi total 40 employees. Study sample as many as 36 employees of the Distrbusi and Transaksi Energi, by using purposive random sampling technique (Judgment Random Sampling). To capture the data variable X (Work Experience), kuesioner shaped instrument used, the distribution and Transaksi Energi to the employees of PT PLN (Persero) Area Cikokol, after it tested the validity browse through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coeficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha Formula. As for the variable Y (Performance) used secondary data from the data document Performance Appraisal PT PLN (Persero) Area Cikokol of 0,919. According the statistical computation the studyreveals the regression equation was Ŷ = 60,29 + 0,718 X. Result of the normality test of error estimation Y on X show that the data are normality distrube with Lo = 0,067 in significant level 0.05 and Lt = 0.148. So Lo < Lt, mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. While regression linierity test, Fcount (0.19) < Ftable (2.39), showing that regressing is linier. For regression significance test and the result is, Fcount (25.75) > Ftable (4.13), showing that regression. The result of product moment of correlation coefficient significance test, is rxy 0.656. Continued by using correlation coefficient significance test with tet-t. Counting result is tcount = (5.07), while ttable on dk = n – 2 = 36 – 2 = 34 and significance level 0.05 is 1.70 and so tcount > ttable. From counting, node that it has significance relation between of determination coefficiency tes is rxy2 = 0.656 = 0.4310. Mean that 43.10% variation performance is determined by the work experience of employees of the company. Conclusions of this study is that ther is a positive relationship between work experience with the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya Dan Tangerang Area Cikokol.
