Abstract
RACHEL NURAINI. 2019. 8143164043. Analisis Rekrutmen Sumber Daya Manusia Pada Bagian Pemasaran dan Pengembangan Outlet PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional Jakarta Timur. Program D3 Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to find out therecruitment of Human Resources in the Marketing and Development Section of Outlet PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional East Jakarta.The method used in writing scientific papers is a descriptive analysis method using data collection methods through observation, interviews, and literature. From the results of the writing can be known Human Resources in the Marketing and Development Section of Outlet PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional East Jakartaexperiencing obstacles to lack of human resources.This is due to the lack of procurement of human resources recruitment which causes employees who work in the company to be only a small number and to work outside their duties and responsibilities. To deal with the problem of lack of procurement of human resources in the Marketing and Outlet Development section, it can be done with a human resource recruitment planning process. Key Word : Recruitment, Human Resource Management
