Abstract

FRISKA MONIKA. 2019. 8143163401. Analysis of Delegation of Authority at PT. International Indonesian Telecommunications. DIII Office Administration Study Program. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This scientific work aims to find out about delegation in PT. International Indonesian Telecommunications to its employees. The method used in this study is observation and interview. From the results of the writing, it can be seen that there is still a lot in the delegation that needs to be maximized by the work carried out so that delegation can be evenly distributed and there is a responsibility for delegations given.
