The aim of this scientific paper to know the ability of the millennial generation in the secretarial field at Perum Jamkrindo. The method used in writing scientific papers is a descriptive method by collecting data through observation and literature. Result of this paper can be known this Generation of Millennials requires a secretary who has sufficient capability so that the secretary can help and facilitate the work of the leadership.
