Abstract
GUSTI AYU MADE HANNY DIAN SAVITRI. 8105150614. “The Effect of Work Environment and Work Discipline to Employee Performance at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia Tbk.”. Thesis, Jakarta: Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2019 The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of work environment and work discipline to employee performance in Unit Base Maintenance at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia Tbk. This research was conducted for 4 (four) months starting from December 2018 to March 2019. The research method used a survey method with a correlational approach. The population of this research were all employee of Unit Base Maintenance with total 1.025 employees. The sample were 258 employees based on proportional random sampling technique. Variable Y’s data (Employee Performance) and Variable X2’s data (Work Discipline) are secondary data, meanwhile variable X1’s data (Work Environment) is primary data using the International Standardized Scale Likert scale model. The data is tested by construct validity through a validation process, namely the calculation of the score correlation coefficient with a total score and reliability test with Cronbach Alpha formula. X1 variable reliability results is 0.966 which means prove that the instrument is reliable. The data analysis technique used the SPSS version 20.0 program. Based on test requirements analysis, data is normally distributed and has a linear relationship. Based on the classic assumption test, in the multicollinearity test there is a Tolerance value of work environment and work discipline by 1.000 > 0.1 and VIF value of 1.000 < 10. Based on heteroscedasticity test with Spearman’s rho test, it produces a significance value of X1 0,397 and X2 0,393. Because the significance value is more than 0,05, there is no problem with heteroscedasticity. The regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 14,818 + 0,037
