Abstract

RENITA SUKMA PAMBELA. 2016. 8143165073.Analysis of Maintenance And Archive Safety in Archives Center PT Jasamarga Tbk. Diploma of Office Administration Study Program, Faculty of Economic, State University Of Jakarta. This scientific work aims to determine the maintenance and security of archives at the Archives Center of PT. Jasamarga Tbk. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with methods of collecting data through observation. From the results of writing, it can be seen that the maintenance and security of archives at the archive center of PT. Jasamarga Tbk has been implemented well, starting from the business and process of maintaining and securing the archives and handling in dealing with archival problems. But on the cleanliness of the archive room in the archive center of PT. Jasamarga Tbk is less conducive, such as lack of cleanliness in the archive room, termite attacks on archives and archives that are put out of place Based on the problems and theories that exist, the authors advise archival officers that the need for training and control over the maintenance and security of archives is as much as possible to keep the records maintained from cleanliness and keeping records to keep company secrets from irresponsible parties.
