Abstract
ABSTRACT RACHMA GEA FERNANDA. 8105132191. The Effect Of Learning Motivation And Learning Discipline Toward To Learning Outcomes On Student SMK Nurul Iman. Script, Jakarta : Program Study Education Of Office Administration, Faculty Of Economy, State University Of Jakarta. 2017. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between learning motivation and learning discipline on learning outcomes in the subject introduction of accounting at SMK Nurul Iman. This research was during 4 month conducted during January, starting from January 2017 until April 2017. This research used survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of SMK Nurul Iman Jakarta, with the inaccessible population of class X (Ten) class of Student Affairs Administration with 107 students. Technique of sampling using random technique proportional, so got the number of research sample counted 84 respondents. Data collection techniques used survey techniques, document recording and questionnaires. To get the learning result data (Y), done by counting the average value of daily test result of introduction of accounting subjetcs even semester. Then the data of learning motivation(X1). Obtained from the results data of the distribution of questionnaires on respondents. learning discipline (X2). Obtained from the result data from the teacher. Data analysis technique performed is analysis requirements test consisting of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and t test. Based on the result of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between the learning motivation and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 4,242> value ttabel 1.667. Then there is a partial influence between learning discipline and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the data analysis results note that the value of tcount of 5,921> ttable value 1667. Learning motivation and learning discipline simultaneously affect the learning outcomes, it is seen from the results of data that shows the value of Fhitung of 30,842> Ftabel value of 3,11. The regression equation obtained is Y = 40,007 + 0,268X1 + 0,779X2 . Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value R2 0,432 which means learning motivation (X1) and learning discipline (X2) affect the learning outcomes (Y) of 43,2%.
