Abstract

ABSTRACT Eka Sabrina Hasyyati. 8195132192. THE EFFECT OF SELF CONCEPT AND INTEREST LEARNING ON STUDENT RESULTS IN SMK AL-WASLIYAH. in, Jakarta: Study Program, Economic Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2017. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between self-concept and interest in learning on learning outcomes in the subjects of class X Mathematics at SMK AlWasliyah Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months. The research method used is survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of SMK Al-Wasliyah which amounted to 410 students, with the inaccessible population of all X class students, amounting to 153 students. Technique of sampling using random technique proportional, so got the amount of research sample as many as 105 respondents. Data collection techniques used survey techniques, document recording and questionnaires. To get the learning result data (Y), done by calculating the average value of daily test result to four (4) and the result of repetition of semester subjects semester even mathematics. Then the data self-concept (X1) and interest in learning (X2) obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires on 105 respondents. Data analysis technique performed is test requirement analysis consisting of normality test and linearity test, test of classical assumption, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on result of analysis that is known there is partial influence between concept Self with learning outcomes. It can be seen that the calculation of Test F or the simulant regression coefficient test found that the value of Fcount of 312.569> Ftabel value of 3.09, means that self concept and learning interest simultaneously affect the learning outcomes. Furthermore, the calculation of partial regression coefficient test or t test. It can be seen that thitung from self concept of t count 13,088> ttable 1,98, hence the conclusion is self concept have influence which signifikan to result learn. While on the calculation of partial regression coefficient test or t test between interest learning variables known that the titung of learning interest 2,522> ttabel 1.98, based on the average sub-indicator of the lowest selfconcept on the independence sub indicator, if student independence is low then learn more Hard In order to be more independent in doing the exercise questions, while the lowest sub-indicator interest in learning on teacher attitudes less to assess the teacher and reduce the time to talk with friends. Then the conclusion is interest in learning has a significant influence on learning outcomes.
