Abstract

FIRDA RADITA UTARI. 8105152233. The Influence of Interpersonal Communication and Learning Motivation on The Results of Learning in X Class Students sf VHS Public School 31 Jakarta. 2019 This research purpose is to find out the influence of interpersonal communication and learning motivation on the results of learning in X class students sf VHS public school 31 Jakarta, from the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects partially or simultaneously. This study uses a survey method using quantitative. Data collection uses document recording techniques and questionnaires. The affordable population in this research was the tenth grade students at Jakarta State Vocational High School 31 who were 214 students with a sample of 135 students. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F test. Based on the results of data analysis related to partial communication between interpersonal communication with learning outcomes of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows the value of tcount of 6.128 is greater than the table of 1.9781. Partial Learning Motivation is also related to learning outcomes, this is seen from the results of data analysis which shows a value of tcount of 2.564 greater than t table of 1.9781. Simultaneously there is an interaction between interpersonal communication and learning motivation towards student learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows the value of Fcount of 66.757 greater than the value of Ftable of 3.06. With a positive and significant influence between interpersonal communication and learning motivation on learning outcomes with a multiple coefficient of 0.709 thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, then it is known that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 50.3% .
