Abstract

ANISAH KHASANAH, 8105150625, The Effect Of Learning Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Family Environment To Learning Outcomes Of Business Econmy In X Class Of SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2018. This study aimed to determine the effect of learning motivation, emotional intelligence, family environment to learning outcomes based on valid and reliable data and facts. This research was conducted in SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta. The research uses a method of associative with a quantitative approach. The collecting data uses the questionnaire and the registration of documents. The sample of this study is the students of class X SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta amounted to 114 students. Samples were taken by using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing consisting of T-test and F-test. Result of this study are: (1) Learning motivation positively and significantly effect on the students’ learning outcomes indicated by the value of t is greater the table; 3,621 > 1,98177. (2) Emotional intelligence positively and significantly effect on the students’ learning outcomes indicated by the value of t is greater the table; 4,692 > 1,98177. (3) Family rnvironment positively and significantly effect on the students’ learning outcomes indicated by the value of t is greater the table; 4,750 > 1,98177. (4) Learning motivation, emotional intelligence, family environment together positively and significantly impact on thestudents’ learning outcomes indicatedby F count greater than F table 28,000 > 2,69, the correlation coefficient(R) of 0.658 which means the relationship between variables are strong, the coefficient of determination by 0.433 which means that 43,3% of these three variables jointly affect the Students’ learning outcomes.
