Jakarta: Economic Education Study Program, Office Administration Education Concentration, Jakarta State University, January 2019. This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy and Learning Habits on the Learning Outcomes of Class X Students in English Language Subjects at Bina Dharma Vocational School Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months starting from April 2019 to June 2019. The research method used was a survey method with a correlational approach. Affordable population in this study were all X Bina Dharma Jakarta classes which totaled 153 students. The sample used in this study was 105 people using proportional random sampling technique. Data variable Y (Learning Outcomes), variable X1 (Self Efficacy) and variable data X2 (Study Habit) for Y are secondary data and X1 and X2 are primary data. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 24.0. The results of the F test in the ANOVA table produce Farithmetic (38,611)> Ftabel (3,09), this means that Self-Efficacy and Learning Habits simultaneously have a positive effect on Learning Outcomes. The t test produces Tarithmetic X1 (4,619) ≥ Ttabel (1,983) and Tarithmetic X2 (3,753) Ttabel (1,983). The regression equation in this study is Ẏ = 45.060+ 0.243 X1 + 0.222 X2. The influence of the dependent variable can be seen from the value of the coefficient of determination (R square), the magnitude of which is 43.1% while the remaining 56.9% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between Self-Efficacy and Learning Habits on Learning Outcomes of class X students of SMK Bina Drama Jakarta.
