Abstract

VERONICA NATALIA, 8105150783, The Effect Of Student Discipline And Learning Interest To Learning Outcomes Of Business Economic (EkBis) In X Class Of SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2019. This study aimed to determine the effect of student discipline and learning interest to learning outcomes based on valid and reliable data and facts. This research was conducted in SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. The method used is the questionnaire. The sample of this study is the students of class X SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta amounted to 100 students. Samples were taken by using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing consisting of T-test and F-test. Based on the results of data analysis it is known that there is a relationship between partial student discipline towards learning outcomes. It can be seen from the results of data analysis that shows the value of t count (2,478) > t table (1,98472). Learning interest partially also has an influence on learning outcomes, this is seen from the results of data analysis that shows the values of t count (3,661) > t table (1,98472). Simultaneously there is an influence between student discipline and learning interest on learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis that shows the value of Fcount > Ftable (14,279 > 3,09). There is a positive and significant influence between student discipline and learning interest on learning outcomes with multiple correlations 0,477. Thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, then it is known that determination coefficient is 22,7% of the results of the above research, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between student discipline and learning interest on learning outcomes.
