Abstract

Amalia Fauziah Thoyibah. The Influence of Employee Relations, Community Services, Environmental Awareness, and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on ROA in Banking Companies. Faculty of Economy. State University of Jakarta, 2019. This study examines the influence between timeliness of employee relations, community services, environmental awareness, and loan to deposit ratio (ldr). The period of this study is three years, namely 2016, 2017, and 2018. This study used secondary data from annual report, sustainability report, and corporate social responsibility report. The population of this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample was obtained using purposive sampling. The companies that passed the established criteria consisting of 12 companies. The method of analysis used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results showed that employee relations and environmental awareness influences to the ROA. Meanwhile, there are no significant association between community services and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to the ROA.
