Abstract

Reza Amalia Ilham 2019, Factors Influencing the Job Satisfaction of Tax Examiners in the East Jakarta DGT Regional Office (Rebo Market Tax Service Office and Kramat Jati Tax Service Office), University State Of Jakarta. 2019 This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of Salary, Allowances, Working Conditions, Work Relations, and Supervision of Job Satisfaction. The factors tested in this study are Salary, Allowances, Working Conditions, Work Relations, and Supervision as an independent variable while Job Satisfaction as the dependent variable. This study uses primary data with a sample of tax examiners working in the East Jakarta Regional Tax Office, namely KPP Pasar Rebo and KPP Kramat Jati. In this study a simple random sampling method was used in which 60 respondents were sampled. This study uses multiple linear regression methods to test hypotheses at the level significance of 5%. From the results of the analysis conducted in this study, it can be concluded that Salary and Allowances have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. While the Working Conditions, Employment Relations, and Supervision do not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction.
