Anita Veronica, 2019; The Intention to Visit Beringharjo Market: Measuring Physical Environment, Customer Expectations, Hedonic Shopping Value and Customer Satisfaction. Thesis, Jakarta: Bachelor of Education in Business Studies, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Counselor Team: Usep Suhud, Ph.D & Rahmi, S.E., M.S.M The purpose of this research are to determine the effect of the Physical Environment on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Expectations on Customer Satisfaction, Hedonic Shopping Value of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction of Returning Intentions. The data collection method uses a survey method with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This study uses a sample of 250 respondents with the criteria of having visited the Beringharjo Market in the past year. Data analysis techniques using SPSS version 23 and AMOS version 20 to process and analyze research data. The results showed that the Physical Environment variable did not have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Expectations had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Hedonistic Shopping Intent did not have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Returning Intentions.
