Abstract
ELBY ASSYDQIE. the influence of learning motivation, learning discipline, and family environment on learning achievement SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta. Faculty Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2019. This study aims to determine the effect of Learning Motivation, Learning Discipline and Family Environment on Learning Achievement. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta with a population of 108 students with a sample of 84 students. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using secondary data and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F test. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between learning motivation and learning achievement. This test has t table 1,993. So that it can be seen that the results for the learning motivation variable (X1) t count > t table which is 13,520 > 1,993 which means that the hypothesis Ho is rejected, which means that partially there is a significant effect between the variables of learning motivation on learning achievement. Learning discipline variables show the results that t count> t table which is 4.003> 1.993 which means the same as the previous variable which indicates that Ho is rejected. It means that partially there is a significant influence between the disciplinary variables of learning and learning achievement. Variable (X3), namely the family environment shows that tcount> t table is 2.733> 1.993 = Ho is rejected. Partially there is a significant influence between family environment variables and learning achievement. Simultaneously there is an influence between learning motivation, learning discipline and family environment on learning achievement, this can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows that F count> F table is 287,487> 2.72. So it can be concluded that learning motivation (X1), learning discipline (X2) nd family environment (X3) simultaneously influence learning achievement (Y).
