## Abstract

JULIANI DEBORA, 8105151601, The Influence of Problem Based Learning (Pbl) model learning on 21st Century Skills in Basic Banking Subjects in Class X Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2019. Nowadays, students have problems with the low learning outcomes on Basic Banking lesson because they are less active in teaching and learning that lesson. In addition, the Basic Banking lesson still uses the teacher-centered model, so students learning outcomes are low. This study aims to discover the influence of Problem Based Learning model learning on learning outcomes of students of class X Accounting in SMK Negeri 1 Bogor based on clear and valid data. This study is conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor. The method used is an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design. The sample of this study is the tenth-grade student of Accounting 1 at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor. Samples are taken using non-Equivalent Group Design technique. The multiple choice test questions for student learning outcomes are used to filter variable data. The product moment formula and reliability of using the formula K-R 20 (Kuder Richardson 20) are used to calculate the validity of questions. The data analysis technique is conducted prerequisite test first, namely the normality test using the Lilifors test and homogeneity test using the F test. Then, the hypothesis test is used using the t-test, the results of testing requirements analysis state that the normality test of both classes is normally distributed homogeneity test results the variance data is homogeneous. The hypothesis testing shows that obtained tcount of 4.569 with ttable of 2.030. Thus, tcount > ttable (4.569> 2.030). Means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, that means there is a significant influence of Problem Based Learning model on learning outcomes of students of class X Accounting in SMK Negeri 1 Bogor. The conclusion of this study is to show that the Problem Based Learning learning model is able to improve student learning outcomes.
