Abstract

RETNO SUCIATI PUTRI, 8105152227, The Effect Of Leadership and School Organizational Climate On The Performance Of Vocational High School Teachers In The Central Jakarta Accounting Department. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2019. This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership and school organizational climate on teacher performance based on valid and reliable data and facts. This research was conducted in several vocational high schools in the Central Jakarta region, namely in SMK Negeri 2 Jakarta, SMK Negeri 19 Jakarta, SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta, SMK Taman Siswa 3 and SMK Attaqwa. The method used is the questionnaire. The sample of this study was teachers in SMK Negeri 2 Jakarta, SMK Negeri 19 Jakarta, SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta, and SMK Taman Siswa 3 amounted to 80 teachers. Samples were taken were 80 teachers with a population of 100 teachers based on the Issac Michael Table for a significant level of 0,05. The technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing consisting of T-test and F-test. Based on the results of data analysis it is known that there is a partial relationship between leadership towards teacher performance. It can be seen from the results of data analysis that shows the value of t count (4,820) > t table (1,99125). School organizational climate partially also has an influence on teacher performance, this is seen from the results of data analysis that shows the values of t count (3,806) > t table (1,99125). Simultaneously there is an influence between leadership and school organizational climate on teacher performance. Can be seen from the results of data analysis that shows the value of Fcount > Ftable (19,966 > 3,11). There is a positive and significant influence between leadership and school organizational climate on teacher performance with multiple correlations 0,584. Thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, then it is known that determination coefficient is 34,1% of the results of the above research, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership and school organizational climate on teacher performance.
