Abstract
Muhammad Rifki Arjakim, 2019, 8323163204, Analysis Of Revenue Comparison In PT Kereta Api Indonesia Before And After Use Of Rail Ticketing System. D3 Accounting Study Progam. Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta. This research was conducted at PT Kereta Api Indonesia, which aims to find out how the comparison of income before and after the application of Rail Ticketing System. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach and the type of data used are primary data through interviews and results of interviews, as well as secondary data obtained from company websites on annual financial reports that have been published to be processed in a proportional manner in the percentage of each income and analysis using least square trend to predict future income. The results achieved from this study state that the Rail Ticketing System is a digitalization center in the ticket reservation process online and is part of the passenger transportation service. In the proportional method of income, the passenger transportation segment accounts for the largest contribution to income. Whereas seen from the use of trend least square, if the company consistently uses manual systems, then in 2020 its revenue is estimated to only amount to IDR 5,886,682,381,411. if the company continues to use the application of the Rail Ticketing System, then the company's revenue is predicted in 2020 to be IDR 9,639,060,395,016. As for the advice given, PT Kereta Api Indonesia should maintain the existence of the Rail Ticketing System by updating the system to continue to develop the latest innovations in order to provide the best quality service to passengers.
