Abstract
This research aims to determine influence of risk level and debt equity ratio on the stock price either partially or simultaneously. This research conduct of manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016 – 2018. The company sampled as many as 32 of the 71 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the basic and chemical industry by using simple random sampling. The study analyzed two independent variables using secondary data in the form of panel data with a cross-section in thirty two companies and a time of three years The analysis was regression with a random effect specification. The result of this research show that (1) risk level that proxy by z-score have positive and significant effect toward the stock price changes with significance value of 0,0017 < 0,05 (2) debt equity ratio disclosure not have an effect toward the stock price changes with significance value of 0,851 > 0,05 (3) the level of risk and debt equity ratio are influence simultaneously toward the stock price changes with significance value of 0,006 < 0,05. The correlation coefficient of 0,103 with low classified and the coefficient of determination of 8,3%. Keywords: Risk Level, Debt Equity Ratio, Stock Price
