Abstract

AZIZAH RAHAYUNINGSIH The Influence of Utilization of Information Technology and Effectiveness of Sales Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance in Tip Top. Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2019. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology and the effectiveness of sales accounting information systems on employee performance at PT Tip Top, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a survey method with a qualitative approach. Affordable population in this study were employees at the cashier at PT Tip Top, amounting to 50 employees with 44 employees as samples. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing consisting of t-test and F-test. Based on data analysis, it can be seen that there is a partial effect between the use of information technology with employee performance. Judging from the analysis of data that shows the value of of 4.086 is greater than of 2.0195. Sales accounting information systems also have a partial effect on employee performance. This is seen from the results of data analysis which shows the value of of 4.308 is greater than of 2.0195. Simultaneously there is an influence between the use of information technology and sales accounting information systems on employee performance. Judging from the results of data analysis which shows the value of of 26.223 is greater than of 3.23. There is a positive and significant influence between the use of information technology and sales accounting information systems on employee performance with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.749, thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, then the determination coefficient of is known to be 56.1%. From these results it can be concluded that, there is an influence between the use of information technology and the effectiveness of sales accounting information systems on employee performance.
