Abstract
NURUL IKA DAMAYANTI. 8105123287. The Effect Of Level Education And Tenure Toward Teachers Performance At Vocational High School In Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. Jakarta: Study Program Of Economic Education, Department Of Economy And Administration Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta, 2019 Teacher performance is the cability of a teacher in carrying out learning tasks at school and responsible for students under his guidance by increasing student learning achievement. This study aims at determining the effect of level education on teacher performance, determining the effect of tenure on teacher performance, and determining the effect of the level education and tenure toward teacher performanceat vocational high school in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. This study was a quantitative correlation research used simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was all of vocational high school teacher in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. Determinations of samples in this study used simple random sampling technique. The study concludes that: (1) The level of education affects teacher performance based on the result of t count 2,932 > t table 0,676. (2) Tenure affects teacher performance based on the result of t count 2,932 > t table 0,676. (3) The level of education and tenure affects on teacher performance based on the result of F count 11,998 > F tabel 3,06. The analysis shows that the variable of level education and tenure affects on teacher performance at 14,1%. Keywords: Level of Education, Tenure, Teacher Performance
