Abstract

Siti Rizki Mutia, 8105150604. The Influence of Compensation Financial and Work Load towards Employee Loyality at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet), Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2019. This study aims to determine the comparison between financial compensation and workload on employee loyalty of PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet), Central Jakarta. This research was carried out for 3 months starting from March to May 2019. The research method used was a quantitative method with a survey with types relating to correlations. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Central Jakarta which collects 170 employees. The sample used in this study was 114 people who used simple random sampling technique. Data variable Y (Employee Loyalty), Variable X1 (Financial Compensation) and Variable X2 (Workload) are primary data. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 21.0. The results of the F test in the ANOVA table produce 234.740 Fcount> 3.08 F table, this means that the Financial comparison and simultaneous workload affect employee loyalty. The t test produces thitung X1 10.478 abel ttable 1.98177 and tcount X2 -5.297 ≥ ttable -1.98177. The regression equation in this study is Y ̂= 58.531+ 0.761 X1 + 0.331 X2. The influence of the dependent variable can be seen from the value of the coefficient of determination (R square) which means 80.9% while the remaining 19.1% is needed by other independent variables that are not related in this study. The conclusion of this study is about the significant contribution between financial compensation and workload on employee loyalty at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet), Central Jakarta.
