Abstract

Adi Raharjo, 2019; The Influence of GOPAY Feature On Customer Loyalty in Used Of GOJEK Application. (Survey on Mall @ One Belpark Visitors, South Jakarta). Scientific Work, Jakarta: DIII Marketing Management Study Program. Management major. Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Jakarta The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the feature product on customer loyalty in the use of GOJEK application. The sample size is 96 respondents who have used the product feature GOJEK that is GoPay. Simple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis. . The results showed that product feature has an influence on customer loyalty in used of gojek application, proven from the results of R^2 the coefficient of determination is 0.382 which means that 38,2% variation in the dependent variable customer loyalty can be explained by variations in the independent variable product feature. While the remaining 61,8% is influenced by other variables. Keywords: Product Feature, Customer Loyalty, Simple Linear Regression
