ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT, FAMILY-WORK CONFLICT, AND WORK STRESS TOWARD JOB SATISFACTION OF ASN MARRIED WOMEN IN THE MINISTRY OF MANPOWER Ita Ratih S. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta itaratihs@gmail.com Dedi Purwana Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta Masyudulhak Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta ABSTRACK Employee job satisfaction is considered as an important thing, the organization is unable to remain competitive if its employees feel dissatisfied. Women's careers tend to be more stressed than men, because women have many roles and these roles often conflict, the role between work life and family life which will ultimately affect the level of job satisfaction of the career woman. This study discusses the effect of work-family conflict, family-work conflict and work stress on job satisfaction. The sample in this study was ASN married women in the Ministry of Manpower totaling 224 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert Scale. The data analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 24. The results show that work-family conflict has a positive significant effect on work stress as well as family-work conflict also has a positive significant effect on work stress, job stress has no effect on job satisfaction, work-family conflict also has no effect on job satisfaction whereas family-work conflict has a negative significant effect on job satisfaction.erta stres kerja memediasi antara konflik pekerjaankeluarga, konflik keluarga pekerjaan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
