Abstract
Practical and theoretical human resource management seems to have never been separated from human aspects. Humans seen from the perspective of the organization are very complex assets and their most decisive position. Under certain conditions, humans as corporate assets have the responsibility and driving force of the organization to achieve company goals or objectives, but often fail due to lack of motivation, high workload, and lack of appreciation from superiors that cause someone to look for new work alternatives or turnover intention. Turnover Intention is a discussion in this study, because from year to year it always increases. From this it was found several indications such as Ethical Leadership, compensation, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. The results of this study indicate that there is no effect of ethical leadership on turnover intention with the value of t stat = 0.141 <t table = 1.9764 and prob.value / 2 = 0.888> 0.05, there is no compensation effect on turnover intention with the value t stat = 0.402 <t table = 1.9764 and the value of prob. Value / 2 = 0.688> 0.05, the influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention with the value of t stat = 2.568> t table = 1.9764 and the value of prob. Value / 2 = 0.011 <0, 05, the influence of ethical leadership on job satisfaction with the value of t stat = 3.827> t table = 1.9764 and prob.value / 2 = 0.000 <0.05 there is the effect of compensation on job satisfaction the value of t stat = 9.270> t table = 1.9764 and the value of prob.value / 2 = 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, there is a negative influence of ethical leadership on turnover intention through job satisfaction with the value of t stat = 2.498> t table = 1.9764 and prob.value / 2 = 0.013 <0.05, There is a negative effect of compensation on turnover intention through job satisfaction with t value stat = 2.356> t table = 1.9764 and the value of prob. value / 2 = 0.019 <0.05.
