Abstract
Adji Nugroho. 2019. 1705617126. factors influencing pubg mobile players to buy "loot boxes": does customer satisfaction matter? Jakarta: Program S1 Management Study Program Transfer, Marketing Management Concentration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This thesis aims: to examine the effect of attitude on willingness to pay premium, the effect of attitude on satisfaction, the effect of perceived value on satisfaction, the effect of consumer motivation on willingness to pay premium, and the effect of satisfaction on willingness to pay premium. This data collection method uses primary data that is questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 200 respondents. Data analysis in this study used SPSS software version 24 and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis using Amos version 22. The results showed that all hypotheses in this study were accepted with a t-value ≥ 1.967.
