Abstract
Ghina Nabilla, 2019, 2019; Factors to Influence Intention to Revisit Factory Outlet in Bandung. Thesis, Jakarta: Bachelor Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, Counselor Team: Usep Suhud, M.Si, Ph.D & Shandy Aditya, BIB, MPBS. The purpose of this study are: The purpose of this study are: 1) To find out destinatin image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, 2) To find out the quality of the product has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, 3) To find out the store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, 4) To determine customer satisfaction significantly influence revisit intention, 5) To find out the image of the destination has a significant effect on influence revisit intention, 6) To find out store atmosphere significantly influence revisit intention. Methods of collecting data using survey methods with instruments in the form of questionnaires. The object of this research is 200 respondents who had visited factory outlet in Bandung. Data analysis using SPSS version 22 and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from AMOS software version 22 to process and analyze research data. The results of the hypothesis test indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Keywords: destination image, product quality, store atmosphere, customer satisfaction, revisit intention.
