Abstract
Irna Gitasmara, 2019; The Effect of Executive Compensation, Firm Size, and Leverage to the Firm Performance on Manufacturing Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2014- 2017. Thesis, Jakarta: Finanacial Concentration, Study Program of Management, Faculty of Economics, State Universuty Jakarta. This research aims to determine the effect of Executive Compensation, Firm Size, and Leverage to the the Firm Performance in the manufacturing sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchaneg period 2014 – 2017. The independent variabels are Executive Compensation, Firm Size, and Leverage. The dependent variabel is Firm Performance with proxies consisting of Tobin’s Q and Return on Assets (ROA). The sampling method used in 87 studies. The models used in this study were data panels with Fixed Effect Model and Common Effect Model. The result showed that the Executive Compensation have positive significant on (Tobin’s Q) insignificant positif executive compensation against (ROA). The firm size has significant positive effect on (Tobin’s Q) and firm size has no effect on (ROA).
