Abstract
Renita Dwi Apriliyanti, 2019; The Effect of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Organizational Commitment at PT Daun Biru Engineering. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resources, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The purpose of this study are: To find out 1) Description of the work environment, work discipline and organizational commitment of employees at PT Daun Biru Engineering 2) The influence of the environment on the organizational commitment of PT Daun Biru Engineering employees 3) The effect of work discipline on organizational commitment of PT Daun Biru Engineering 4 employees ) Work environment research model and work discipline that can predict the organizational commitment of PT Daun Biru Engineering employees. This research was conducted on 99 employees of PT Daun Biru Engineering. The technique of collecting data uses the saturated sample method by submitting a questionnaire which is then processed by the SPSS 25 program. This research uses descriptive and clear analysis. The results of the regression show that there is a positive and significant influence between the environment on organizational commitment, there is a positive and significant relationship between work discipline on organizational commitment, and the research model of work environment and work discipline can predict the organizational commitment of PT Daun Biru Teknik with a value of Fcount> Ftable (7,009 > 3.09) and significance (0.001 <0.05). This shows that the work environment and work discipline can show significantly towards the organizational commitment at PT Daun Biru Engineering.
