Abstract

Susan Istiqomah, 2019: Influence Of Compensation And Discipline Work Against Work Productivity On Employee Non Civil Servants At Headquarters Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI), Faculty Of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to know the: (1) to know the description of the compensation, the discipline of work and productivity of the work of employees, (2) to find out the influence of compensation against work productivity between employees, (3) to find out the influence between the working discipline against employees work productivity. This study sampled as much as 119 Employees for Non Civil Servants Part Program and News Headquarters Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI). This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of this research indicate that: (1) Compensation has a positive influence and significantly to the productivity of Employees working on Non Civil Servants Part Program and News Headquarters Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) (2) Discipline of work has a positive influence and significant against work productivity on Employee Non Civil Servants Part Program and News Headquarters Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI). This indicates that compensation and positively affect work discipline against Employees work productivity Non Civil Servants Part Program and News Headquarters Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI).
