Abstract
ABSTRACT JASON BOSMAN TAMBUN. Correlation Between Self-efficacy And Selfregulated learning Student class X at SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong: Study of Office Administration Education Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2016. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the correlations between self-efficacy with self-regulated learning student class X at SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong. This research have been done for 3 months since May until July 2016. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach, while the data is got from instrument to student class X at SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong. The populations research was all of student class X with total 352 employees, with 70 students for sampling. Collecting X variable data (Self-efficacy) and Y variable data (Self-regulated learning, before that it has construct validity test by validation process, that is correlation coefficient valuing score with the total score and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability X variable (Self-efficacy) is 0,927 and Y variable (Self-regulated learning) 0,952. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 80,33 + 0,542X. After that data normality test by using lilliefors formula and the result is Lcount =0,102 in significant level 0,05 and Ltable = 0,106, so Lcount < Ltable . Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is, Fcount (39,13) > Ftable (3,98). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, Fcount (0,72) < Ftable (1,80), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test, is r xy = 0,503 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, tcount = 5,15 while ttable = 1,67 and so, tcount > ttable. It means that there are significance and positive correlations between self-efficacy and self-regulated learning. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 25,30%, it means that self-regulated learning variable determined by 25,30% self-efficacy. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a positive correlations between Self-efficacy and Self-regulated learning student class X at SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong.
