Abstract
Vinia Auliya, 8105163694, The Effect of Authentic Leadership on Organizational Commitment in Mediation by Psychological Capital at PT. Panarub Dwikarya. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2020 This study aims to determine the effect of authentic leadership on organizational commitment mediated by psychological capital at PT. Panarub Dwikarya. This research uses survey method with descriptive approach. The population in this study amounted to 110 respondents with a study sample of 86 respondents. The model used in this research is causal modeling or relationship and influence, or also called path analysis. To test the hypothesis that will be proposed in this study, the model match analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated using the SMARTPLS 3.0 program. In this study, a detection test of the effect of intervening variables was done through multiple tests. The results showed that authentic leadership influences organizational commitment with psychological capital as a mediation between the two. The original sample value of the influence of these three variables is 0.169 and t-statistic> 1.96 is 3.517. Furthermore, based on a p-value of 0,000 <0.05, the authentic leadership variable influences organizational commitment with psychological capital as mediation, which has a significant indirect effect. sobel test results got a value of 9.622, the value> 1.96, this proves that psychological capital is able to mediate the influence of authentic leadership on organizational commitment of 96.22%.
