Abstract

An Nisaa Zulfiani Sayoga, 2020: The Effect Motivation and Work Environment Toward Spirit at Work On PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bekasi. Thesis, Jakarta: Study Program S1 Management, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Counselor Team: Dra. Sholikhah M.M & Hania Aminah S.Pd., M.M The purposes of this research are to determine The Motivation Toward Spirit at Work On PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bekasi, The Effect Of Work Environment Toward PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bekasi. This research is taken 109 employees on PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bekasi. The techniques of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 22.0. The research is use by descriptive and explanatory analysis. Technical anlaysis of data uses SPSS version 22 to process and analyze data research results. The results of this study are, motivation has positive influence on spirit at work, work environment has positive influence on spirit at work. Key Words: spirit at work, motivation, work environment, PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bekasi.
